Our beginnings and business foundations:

MAR-POL was founded 20 years ago. From the very beginning, we have focused on producing and selling natural spice blends tailored to the demanding food service sector and food processing facilities. As our business grew dynamically and in response to our customers’ needs, we steadily expanded our product range to include packaged single-ingredient spices and carefully selected dried herbs.

Technological development – fried onions:

A true reflection of our technological progress and commitment to innovation was the launch of a modern onion frying production line 10 years ago. This investment enabled us to achieve outstanding product qualities – exceptional crispness, consistent frying results, and a distinctive flavour. Today, our onions (prepared using rapeseed oil and palm frying fat) reach satisfied customers both in Poland and abroad.

Innovation and sustainability – cherry pits:

The third, extremely important pillar of our company is the production and sale of dried cherry pits. Thanks to stringent standards (the right moisture level and controlled-temperature drying to prevent microbial growth), our raw material meets the highest quality requirements. It is widely used as an eco-friendly filling for heat pillows and toys.
